Tabanan, Baliwakenews.com — Ciputra Beach Resort became the venue for Swank Rally, one of the highlights of Slidetober Fest 2026 organized by Deus Ex Machina, on Sunday, October 25.

Combining motorcycle riding with challenging terrain, the rally took participants across the Ciputra Beach Resort area and the surrounding coastline of Pangkung Tibah, offering a distinctive riding experience against Bali’s coastal landscape.

Located along the coast of Pangkung Tibah, Tabanan, Ciputra Beach Resort offers a distinctive setting where Bali’s natural scenery meets outdoor recreation and community activities.

Jojo, Marketing Manager at Deus Ex Machina, said Swank Rally is an annual event held every October. This year, the rally moved to the Ciputra Beach Resort area in Pangkung Tibah, offering terrain that suited the event’s concept and participants’ preferences.

Jojo explained that Swank Rally emphasizes participation and community enthusiasm alongside competition. The event features an expert category for motorcycles with engine capacities of up to 400cc, while the beginner category accommodates both two-stroke and four-stroke motorcycles.

“Last year, the event was held outside Ciputra Beach Resort. This year, we chose the resort’s grounds because the area suits what participants are looking for, and the beach is beautiful. Part of the Swank Rally course even runs along the beach,” Jojo said.

Participants were required to complete two laps, with each lap covering a distance of 15 kilometers. Competitors recording the fastest times were named the winners, adding a competitive element to an event designed to celebrate motorcycle culture and camaraderie.

Held over three days from October 23 to 25, 2026, Slidetober Fest is Deus Ex Machina’s annual October festival celebrating automotive culture and community spirit. This year’s edition featured a range of activities, including Swank Rally, which attracted approximately 60 participants across beginner and professional categories.

The choice of Ciputra Beach Resort introduced a distinctive character to the rally course. A combination of grassy ground, mounds and stretches of beach sand provided varied and challenging terrain, giving riders a different experience from conventional motorcycle circuits.

Beyond hosting the rally, the event highlighted the potential of the Ciputra Beach Resort area as a venue for diverse outdoor activities and community gatherings. The collaboration also reflects the growing role of lifestyle and automotive events in bringing visitors and enthusiasts to Bali’s coastal destinations.
